Oracle Standart edition veri tabanında ADDR AWR raporu çalıştırıldığında

ORA-13716:  Diagnostic Package License is needed for using this feature.

hatası geldiğinde

SQL> alter system set control_management_pack_access='DIAGNOSTIC+TUNING';

komutu ile control_management_pack_access parametresi değiştirilir. Varsayılan değeri NONE şeklindedir.

Buna rağmen yinede olmaz ise 8730312 numaralı yamayı uygulayın.
